Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3/4 cups of filtered water
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine drained sunflower seeds, garlic, lemon zest, filtered water, coconut aminos, olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
