- Rooted in Fitness with 30 years of experience we offer the O44 METHOD, a results-driven, revolutionary strength & conditioning workout which utilizes our innovative O44 Resistance Wall and O44 Plyobox. We believe Wellbeing is comprised of 4 Integrated Pillars: Fitness, Nutrition, Lifestyle Choices + Environmental Health which are woven in to each session via breathwork, meditation and education. We know the importance of teaching the next generation how to live well in our modern world and work to do so with our O44TEEN program.
